How do I know if my vehicle is in Clean, Average or Dirty Condition?
The following are some guidelines to determine what condition your vehicle is in:

Normal:
Moderate amount of dirt on interior of vehicle, carpet and upholstry has a few spills and moderate stains that need to be shampooed. Moderate dirt and tar on exterior of vehicle. Moderate dirt and break dust buildup on exterior of vehicle.

Very Dirty:
Vehicle has a lot of spills and stains that need to be shampooed out and cleaned from the upholstry. Significant amounts of food, sand, grit, hair must be vaccumed from interior. Larger amounts of tar on exterior of vehicle. Wheels have significant amounts of break dust buildup. Scratches on exterior that need significant amounts of time with the buffer to remove.

How do I know if my vehicle is the Regular or Larger Size?
We separate vehicles into the following two categories:

Regular Size: Coupes, Sedans, two-door SUV's, light duty trucks.
|
|
|
Larger Size: SUV's with more than 2 doors, Vans, Mini-Vans, Full-Size Trucks.

Are Evershine® Packages Refundable?
The unused portion of an Evershine® Package is refundable within 1 year and 3 months after purchase.
